We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn/unused)
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
